Archana Kotecha joined Diginex following the January 2026 acquisition of The Remedy Project the social enterprise she founded.

A UK-qualified barrister and graduate of the London School of Economics, Archana began her career in corporate law at KPMG and DLA Piper before dedicating her practice to human rights, forced labour and responsible business conduct. She is also a CEDR-accredited mediator and alumna of the US Department of State's International Visitor Leadership Programme.

She brings nearly two decades of experience advising multinational corporations, institutional investors, governments, UN agencies and industry coalitions across Asia and global markets, with deep expertise in grievance mechanisms, remediation frameworks, worker engagement and forced labour, designing practical, scalable systems that strengthen worker protections while addressing commercial and regulatory realities.

Archana contributes to global standard-setting through roles with the European Commission's Informal Expert Group on Forced Labour, the Responsible Labour Initiative under the Responsible Business Alliance, and as an Alternative Legal Expert to the UN Intergovernmental Working Group on Business and Human Rights. Her leadership has been recognised by the Financial Times (Top Ten Innovative Lawyers in Asia Pacific, 2017), the Emilie Ashurst Anti-Slavery Award (2021) and Industry Era's 10 Most Admired Women Leaders (2021).
